4) morse - liquid food product produced from juice and (or) puree obtained from berries by mechanical processing with the addition of drinking water, sugar, and (or) sugars, and (or) honey, and the minimum volume share of such juice and (or) such puree in it is not less than 15 percent. During production of morse, such juice and (or) such puree may be mixed with a product obtained by aqueous extraction of the pomace of these same berries. Morse can be produced from concentrated juices and (or) purees of berries or morses, and its preservation can be carried out only using physical methods, except for processing with ionizing radiation. Production of composite morse is carried out using two or more juices and (or) purees from different types of berries;
