Foreign Direct Investment
direct foreign investment - acquisition by a foreign investor of not less than 10 percent of the share(s) (contribution) in the charter (contributed) capital of a commercial organization established or to be established on the territory of the Russian Federation in the form of a partnership or a company in accordance with the civil legislation of the Russian Federation; investment of capital into the fixed assets of a branch of a foreign legal entity being established on the territory of the Russian Federation; performance by a foreign investor, as a lessor, of financial leasing (leasing) of equipment specified in sections XVI and XVII of the unified commodity nomenclature of external economic activity of the Customs Union within the Eurasian Economic Community (hereinafter - the Customs Union), customs value of not less than 1 million rubles;
