Foreign Investment
foreign investment - the placement of foreign capital in an object of entrepreneurial activity on the territory of the Russian Federation in the form of civil rights objects belonging to a foreign investor, provided that such civil rights objects are not removed from circulation or restricted in circulation in the Russian Federation in accordance with federal laws, including money, securities (in foreign currency and Russian rubles), other property, property rights having a monetary value, exclusive rights to intellectual property results (intellectual property), as well as services and information;
