Professional Personnel Training
Professional staff training is the process of integration and continuous improvement of competence, development of individual knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, their creative activities, preparation in the areas of quality, productivity, technology and organization of work of organizations to ensure the competitiveness of their products; it defines and develops human capabilities for productive and satisfying working life and is aimed at developing an individual's ability to create and individually or collectively influence working conditions and the social environment and includes: professional orientation, apprenticeship, initial vocational education; professional training and retraining regardless of the ways of implementation, qualification conditions and responsibilities. Professional staff training is an element of its development
