Conciliation Commission
1. The conciliation commission is a temporary body responsible for considering collective labor disputes.
2. The conciliation commission considers collective labor disputes concerning the establishment and modification of working conditions (including wages), the conclusion, amendment, and implementation of collective agreements and contracts, as well as in connection with the employer's refusal to take into account the opinion of the elected representative body of employees when adopting acts containing norms of labor law, in organizations
