Phytosanitary requirements
"phytosanitary requirements" - requirements established in order to ensure plant quarantine in accordance with the international obligations of the Parties and their legislation, relating to the phytosanitary condition of consigned goods subject to quarantine, packaging of such goods subject to quarantine and marking of this packaging, methods of transportation of goods subject to quarantine, possible place of arrival on the customs territory of the Customs Union and delivery location, as well as measures for preventive disinfection of goods subject to quarantine prior to their import;
