Ministry of Economic Development of Russia (MinEkonomRazvitiya)
1. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation (Ministry of Economic Development of Russia) is a federal executive body responsible for developing state policy and normative legal regulation in the areas of analysis and forecasting of socio-economic development, development of entrepreneurial activity, including small and medium-sized businesses, protection of the rights of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs during the implementation of state supervision (oversight) and municipal control, licensing, accreditation of certification bodies and testing laboratories (centers) performing work to confirm conformity (excluding confirmation of conformity of defense products (works, services) supplied under the state defense order, products (works, services) used for the purpose of protecting information constituting state secrets or relating to information protected in accordance with Russian Federation legislation that is restricted access, products (works, services), information about which constitute state secrets, products (works, services), and objects for which requirements are established related to ensuring nuclear and radiation safety in the field of using atomic energy), citizens and organizations involved by state control (supervision) bodies in conducting control activities, experts and expert organizations involved by federal executive authorities in carrying out certain powers, safety of production processes, self-regulation of professional and entrepreneurial activity, support for socially oriented non-profit organizations, foreign economic activity (excluding foreign trade), property relations, insolvency (bankruptcy) and financial rehabilitation, appraisal activities, land relations (excluding agricultural lands, as well as the conversion of water fund lands and protected territory and object lands (in part relating to specially protected natural territories) into other types of land
