Non-Banking Credit Institution
Non-Bank Credit Organization:
1) a credit organization authorized to perform exclusively banking operations specified in points 3 and 4 (only in relation to bank accounts of legal entities for money transfers without opening bank accounts), as well as in point 5 (only in relation to money transfers without opening bank accounts) and point 9 of Part I of Article 5 of this Federal Law (hereinafter referred to as a non-bank credit organization authorized to perform money transfers without opening bank accounts and other related banking operations);
2) credit organization having the right to perform individual banking operations provided for by this Federal Law. Permissible combinations of banking operations for such a non-bank credit organization are established by the Central Bank of Russia;
3) credit organization - central counterparty performing functions in accordance with the Federal Law of February 7, 2011 No. 7-FZ "On Clearing, Clearing Activities and Central Counterparty" (hereinafter referred to as the Federal Law "On Clearing, Clearing Activities and Central Counterparty"). Permissible combinations of banking operations for a non-bank credit organization - central counterparty counterparty (hereinafter - central counterparty) are established by the Bank of Russia.
