Place of Implementation of a Licensed Type of Activity
8) place of carrying out a particular type of activity subject to licensing (hereinafter - place of carrying out the licensed activity), - an object (room, building, structure, other object), which is intended for carrying out the licensed activity and/or used in its implementation, meets the licensing requirements, belongs to the applicant for the license or the licensee on the right of ownership or another lawful basis, has a postal address or other data allowing identification of the object. The place of carrying out the licensed activity may coincide with the location of the applicant for the license or the licensee
