Peanut oil
Peanut oil is a non-drying oil obtained by pressing or solvent extraction from the seeds or "nuts" of peanut (Arachis hypogaea).
Filtered and refined oil is used as salad oil, for food preparation, and in margarine production. Lower quality grades are used for soap and lubricant manufacturing.
