Declaration of Customs Value (DCV)
"declaration of customs value" - a customs document in which the customs value of goods and information necessary for its determination are indicated

2. The declaration of customs value (hereinafter - DTV) is a customs document, which is a written statement by the declarant or customs broker (representative), acting on behalf of the declarant, containing information about the circumstances and conditions of the international trade transaction that are relevant for determining the customs value, the conditions for applying the method of determining the customs value, calculation of the customs value of goods and sources of data used for such calculation.
DTV is an integral part of the customs transport declaration
