Hidden Re-export
Hidden re-export means the export from the territory of one of the Parties beyond the territories of other Parties' states of goods included by the Parties in lists of goods whose re-export may be carried out only upon presentation of properly documented written permission, originating from the customs territory of a state of one of the Parties and placed into free circulation on the territory of the exporter's country
