37) goods of the Customs Union - goods located on the customs territory of the Customs Union:
fully produced on the territories of member states of the Customs Union;
imported into the customs territory of the Customs Union and having acquired the status of goods of the Customs Union in accordance with this Code and (or) international agreements of the member states of the Customs Union;
produced on the territories of member states of the Customs Union from goods referred to in paragraphs two and three of this subpoint, and (or) foreign goods, and having acquired the status of goods of the Customs Union in accordance with this Code and (or) international agreements of the member states of the Customs Union;
