Military courts
1. Military courts of the Russian Federation (hereinafter - military courts) are federal courts of general jurisdiction, are part of the judicial system of the Russian Federation, exercise judicial authority in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military formations and organs, in which military service is provided for by federal law (hereinafter also - organs), and have other powers in accordance with federal constitutional laws and federal laws
