Area of Settlement for Compatriots of Category "B"
Territories of settlement category "B" include areas with stable socio-economic development, where over the past three or more years there has been a reduction in the total population and (or) an outflow of migrants. Resettlers on these territories are provided with state guarantees and social support as stipulated for participants of the State Program and their family members, except for the monthly allowance paid in cases of absence of income from labor, entrepreneurial or other activities not prohibited by Russian legislation, and "start-up grants"
