Polysaccharides
Polysaccharides (high-molecular-weight compounds formed from a large number of glucose monomers and other monosaccharides) are divided into starch polysaccharides (starch and glycogen) and non-digestible polysaccharides - dietary fiber (cellulose, hemicellulose, pectins)
