sanitary and epidemiological requirements - mandatory requirements for ensuring safety and (or) harmlessness for humans of factors in the living environment, conditions of activities of legal entities and citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, used by them territories, buildings, structures, facilities, premises, equipment, transport means, non-compliance with which creates a threat to human life or health, a threat of occurrence and spread of diseases and are established by state sanitary and epidemiological rules and hygiene standards (hereinafter - sanitary rules), and in relation to safety of products and related processes concerning their production, storage, transportation, sale, operation, application (use), and disposal, which are established by documents adopted in accordance with international agreements of the Russian Federation, and technical regulations;
