Dielectric layer
15. Dielectric layer - a coating consisting of several dielectric material layers, in which interference properties of a structure composed of materials with different reflection indices are used to reflect, transmit or absorb in various wavelength ranges. "Dielectric layer" is a term referring to structures composed of more than four dielectric layers or composite layers in a dielectric-metal structure
