Individual labor dispute
An individual labor dispute is unresolved disagreements between an employer and an employee regarding the application of labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms, collective agreements, agreements, local regulatory acts, employment contracts (including those establishing or amending individual working conditions), which have been submitted to the body for consideration of individual labor disputes.

An individual labor dispute is a dispute between an employer and a person who previously had labor relations
with this employer, as well as a person expressing a desire to conclude an employment contract with the employer, in the event of the employer's refusal to conclude such a contract
