Mobile phones


These phones are used to transmit signals (representing speech, text messages, or images) via electromagnetic waves that are transmitted through the air without any wired communication lines.

Phones receive and emit radio waves that are received and/or retransmitted by radio telephone stations (base stations), connected to each other.
