License
2) license - a special permit granting a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur the right to carry out a specific type of activity (performance of works, provision of services that constitute a licensable type of activity), which is confirmed by a document issued by the licensing authority on paper or in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic signature, if the application for the license indicated the need to issue such a document in the form of an electronic document;
