Trade Secret (Know-How)
Know-how is considered to be information of any kind (production, technical, economic, organizational and other), including information on the results of intellectual activity in the scientific and technological field, as well as information on methods of carrying out professional activities, which have actual or potential commercial value due to their secrecy from third parties, to whom there is no lawful access, and with respect to which the holder of such information has introduced a regime of commercial secrecy.

Know-how refers to confidential knowledge, experience, and skills that are not protected by a patent or do not have an inventive level in full or in part, including information of technical, economic, managerial, financial or other nature, the use of which provides certain advantages and commercial benefit to the person who has obtained them.
Know-how refers to secret, unpatented technological knowledge and processes, practical experience including methods, techniques, and skills necessary for the design, calculations, construction, and production of any products, scientific research, experimental development, and other works; compositions and recipes of materials, substances, alloys, and others; methods and techniques of treatment; methods and techniques of mining minerals; specifications, formulas, and recipes; documentation, production organization schemes, experience in the field of design, marketing, management, economics, and finance, as well as other information not available to the general public.

7. "Know-how" - technical, organizational or commercial information constituting the secret of manufacturing goods, works and services, having actual or potential commercial value due to its unknown nature to third parties and protected on a lawful basis with necessary safeguards
