"single-use license" means a license issued to a participant in foreign trade activities on the basis of a foreign trade transaction, the subject of which is a licensable good, granting the right to export and (or) import this good in a specified quantity;

6. A single-use license is issued for the conduct of foreign economic operations with specific controlled goods under one contract (contract, agreement), specifying its

quantities, country of final use, seller (sender), and buyer (recipient)
