Defect in the goods (works, services)
defect of goods (work, service) - non-conformity of goods (work, service) to mandatory requirements prescribed by law or established by it, or to the terms of the contract (in the absence of such terms or their incompleteness, the usually imposed requirements), or to the purposes for which goods (work, service) of this kind are typically used, or to the purposes that the seller (performer) was made aware of by the consumer upon conclusion of the contract, or to the sample and/or description when selling goods by sample and/or description;
