Irremediable defect of the goods (work, service)
a) an irreparable defect of the goods (work, service) - a defect that cannot be eliminated through measures aimed at its elimination in order to bring the goods (work, service) into compliance with mandatory requirements provided by law or in the manner established thereby, or the terms of the contract (if such terms are absent or incomplete - usually required conditions), leading to impossibility or impermissibility of using this good (work, service) for purposes for which such goods (works, services) are typically used, or for purposes about which the seller (performer) was informed by the consumer upon conclusion of the contract, or by the sample and (or) description when selling goods by sample and (or) by description;
