Lease without the right of early termination - a lease that can be terminated early only in the following cases:
(a) upon occurrence of any improbable conditional event related to business activities;
(b) with the consent of the lessor;
(c) if the lessee enters into a new lease agreement, the subject of which is the same or equivalent asset, with the same lessor;
(d) in the case of payment by the lessee of an additional amount that, as of the date of commencement of the lease relationship, allows it to be reasonably considered that the continuation of the lease is guaranteed
