International postal and communications services
This category of services includes international communication operations carried out between Russian organizations - residents and organizations - non-residents, and covers:
a) telecommunications, including the transmission of audio information, images and other information flows through cable, radio broadcasting and satellite communication systems (telephone, teletext, telegraphy, radio broadcasting, electronic mail, facsimile communications, etc.), as well as the operation of commercial information channels, conducting conferences via telecommunication and providing related services;
b) postal service and courier communication services, which include the collection, sorting, transportation and delivery of documents, letters, newspapers, periodicals, brochures and other printed publications, parcels and express mail, carried out by the national postal service and other postal enterprises. Direct (non-mass) subscription is excluded
