5) multi-functional center for the provision of state and municipal services (hereinafter referred to as a multi-functional center) - a Russian organization regardless of its organizational and legal form (including those that are autonomous institutions), meeting the requirements established by this Federal Law, and authorized to organize the provision of state and municipal services, including in electronic form, on the principle of "one window";

1. A multifunctional center for the provision of state (municipal) services (hereinafter referred to as the center) is a state or municipal institution (including an autonomous institution), established by a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal formation in order to organize centralized provision of state (municipal) services. At the center, no fewer than 50 state (municipal) services are provided in the following areas:
a) social support for the population;
b) registration of rights to real estate and transactions therewith;
c) determination or confirmation of the civil status of the applicant;
d) regulation of entrepreneurial activity
