Robbery


1. Robbery, that is an attack aimed at stealing someone else's property, committed with the use of violence dangerous to life or health, or with a threat of such violence, -

is punishable by compulsory labor for a term up to five years or deprivation of liberty for a term up to eight years with a fine in an amount up to 500 thousand rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period up to three years, or without such a fine.

2. Robbery committed by a group of persons acting in concert, as well as with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons, -

is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term up to ten years with a fine in an amount up to one million rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period up to five years, or without such a fine, and with restriction of freedom for a term up to two years, or without such a restriction.

3. Robbery committed with unlawful entry into a dwelling, premises or other storage facility or in a large amount -

is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of seven to twelve years, with a fine of up to one million rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period of up to five years, or without such a fine, and with restriction of freedom for a term of up to two years, or without such a restriction.

4. Robbery committed:

a) by an organized group;

b) in an especially large amount;

c) causing serious harm to the victim's health -

is punishable by deprivation of liberty for a term of eight to fifteen years, with a fine of up to one million rubles or in the amount of the convicted person's salary or other income for a period of up to five years, or without such a fine, and with restriction of freedom for a term of up to two years, or without such a restriction
