Storage
Under the articles of this chapter, a storage facility refers to utility premises separated from residential buildings, land plots, pipelines, other structures regardless of ownership forms, which are intended for permanent or temporary storage of material values

3.14. Storage - an artificial or natural container - includes a complex of structures designed and operated in accordance with projects and intended for the placement of tailings from the enrichment of minerals, sludge, slag, ash, wastewater, industrial water, and other liquid, pasty or solid waste [25]
