Dwelling


10) dwelling - an individual residential house with living and non-residential premises included therein, a residential premise regardless of the form of ownership, which is part of the housing stock and used for permanent or temporary residence, as well as any other room or structure not included in the housing stock but used for temporary residence;

The sub-section "Dwellings" includes buildings intended for non-temporary residence. The sub-section also includes mobile container houses, floating homes, other buildings (rooms) used as housing, as well as historical monuments primarily identified as residential houses
