Unemployed citizens
1. Unemployed persons are considered to be able-bodied citizens who do not have work or earnings, are registered with employment service agencies for the purpose of searching for suitable work, are looking for work and are ready to start it. At the same time, payments in the form of exit allowances and preserved average earnings of citizens who have been dismissed due to the liquidation of an organization or termination of activities by an individual entrepreneur, reduction in the number or staff of employees of an organization or individual entrepreneur are not considered as earnings.
