25) electoral union - a political party having the right in accordance with federal law to participate in elections, as well as a regional branch or any other structural unit of a political party having the right in accordance with federal law to participate in elections at the corresponding level. When conducting elections for deputies of representative bodies of municipal formations by single-member and (or) multi-member electoral districts, the head of a municipal formation may also be an electoral union consisting of another public organization whose charter provides for participation in elections and which has been established as a public organization or public movement and registered in accordance with the law at the level corresponding to the level of elections, or at a higher level, or the appropriate structural unit of such public organization. At the same time, the specified public organization or any changes and additions introduced into its charter that provide for participation in elections must be registered no later than one year before the voting day, and in the case of the appointment of elections to a local self-government body due to the early termination of its authority - no later than six months before the voting day. The above-mentioned deadlines do not apply to other changes and additions made to the charter of the public organization;
