8) authorized banks - credit organizations established in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and having the right, based on licenses issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, to conduct banking operations with foreign currency funds, as well as branches of credit organizations established in accordance with the legislation of foreign states, operating within the territory of the Russian Federation under licenses issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation and having the right to conduct banking operations with foreign currency funds;
