Steam cooker


Steamers and hot water baths consist of a heating element surrounded by water in a vessel with a tightly sealed lid. In a steamer, steam is generated under atmospheric pressure; in a hot water bath, water is heated to boiling temperature or close to it, with or without the formation of steam
