Higher professional education
1. The aims of higher professional education are the training and retraining of specialists at the corresponding level, as well as meeting the needs of individuals for deepening and expanding their education.
Training of persons with higher professional education to obtain the qualification (degree) "bachelor" and the qualification (degree) "specialist" is carried out on the basis of secondary (complete) general or secondary vocational education, while training for obtaining the qualification (degree) "master" is carried out on the basis of a bachelor's degree.

2. Higher professional education may be obtained in higher educational institutions (higher educational establishments).
