Clustered Cardamom


1) grape cardamom, named so because this variety grows in dense clusters that sometimes appear as a single unit but more often look like individual nuts the size of a grape seed. The nuts are whitish, rounded with three protrusions, light and membranous; they are divided internally into three parts containing numerous highly aromatic seeds with a bitter, pungent taste;
