Bakeries and Small-Capacity Workshops
3.8.1. Small-scale enterprises (bakeries and workshops) include enterprises producing:
bread and bakery products with a maximum capacity of up to 3 tons per day;
confectionery products without cream with a maximum capacity of 500 kg per day;
confectionery products with cream with a maximum capacity of up to 500 kg per day
