Diffusion juice
d) diffusion juice - juice produced by extracting extractive substances using drinking water from fresh fruits and (or) vegetables or dried fruits and (or) vegetables of one kind, the juice of which cannot be obtained by mechanical processing. Diffusion juice may be concentrated and then reconstituted. The content of soluble dry matter in diffusion juice should not be lower than the level established for reconstituted juices;
