Children who are in a difficult life situation


children in difficult life situations are children left without parental care; disabled children; children with limited health capabilities, that is, those having deficiencies in physical and (or) mental development; children who are victims of armed and interethnic conflicts, ecological and technological disasters, natural disasters; children from refugee and forcibly displaced persons' families; children who have found themselves in extreme conditions; children who are victims of violence; children serving sentences in corrective labor colonies; children placed in special educational and upbringing institutions; children living in low-income families; children with behavioral deviations; children whose vital activities are objectively impaired as a result of existing circumstances and who cannot overcome these circumstances on their own or with the help of their family;
