Internal transaction
n) "internal transaction" means a transaction of one of the types listed in subpoints "a"-"c" of paragraph 2 of article 2, if the center of the main interests of all parties to such transaction and the subject matter of the transaction (the location of which is determined in accordance with the provisions of the Protocol) are located at the time of conclusion of the transaction in the same Contracting State and if the guarantee created by the transaction was registered in the national register of that Contracting State which made a statement in accordance with paragraph 1 of article 50;
