Registry of Entities of Natural Monopolies

39. The Register is a unified information database containing information in paper and electronic formats about economic entities engaged in the production (sale) of goods (services) under natural monopoly conditions in the fuel and energy complex, transportation, and communications sectors, specifically: the full name of the legal entity (the surname, first name, and patronymic of an individual entrepreneur), the address of the legal entity's location (the place of residence (stay) of an individual entrepreneur) and postal address, telephone numbers (faxes), state statistical observation codes, INN, data on the volumes of produced goods and services provided, license details for carrying out regulated types of activities, information about sources of publication of information on regulated activities. The Federal Service for Tariff Regulation of Russia modifies or supplements the list and content of information contained in the Register in accordance with this Regulation.

The Register consists of:

- register of subjects of natural monopolies in the fuel and energy complex, including the following sections:

section 1 - services for the transmission of electric and (or) thermal energy;

section 2 - gas transportation via pipelines;

section 3 - transportation of oil and (or) petroleum products via main pipelines;

section 4 - operational-dispatching management services in the power industry;

- register of subjects of natural monopolies in transport, including the following sections:

section 1 - railway transportation and services related to the use of infrastructure of public rail transport;

section 2 - airport services;

section 3 - port and (or) terminal services, as well as services related to the use of inland waterway infrastructure;

- register of subjects of natural monopolies in the field of communications, including the following sections:

section 1 - universal postal communication services;
