Marine areas
j) "marine areas" - internal waters, territorial sea, other marine spaces in the north-western part of the Pacific Ocean, where the States Parties exercise sovereign rights and jurisdiction in accordance with international law, as well as open sea areas belonging to FAO statistical area 61, bounded by lines connecting sequentially the points with coordinates:
175°00 W - 20°00 N;
115°00 E - 15°00 N;
