Re-exporting Party
c) re-exporting Party - importing Party, carrying out, on a lawful basis and in accordance with export licenses (permits) issued by state authorities authorized under the legislation of the exporting Party's state, and (or) other permits of the exporting Party, on the one hand, and import licenses (permits) issued by state authorities authorized under the legislation of a third state, and (or) other permits of the government of a third state, on the other hand, subsequent transfer of protected items and technologies to a third state for the purpose of carrying out joint activities;
