environmental insurance (insurance of civil liability for damages caused by emergency pollution of the surrounding natural environment) - insurance of civil liability of enterprises, organizations and institutions, whose activities represent an increased risk to the surrounding natural environment, carried out in accordance with the law, for damage caused to citizens and legal entities (third parties, beneficiaries), arising as a result of the impact of polluted environments due to accidents and technological disasters occurring at these enterprises, organizations and institutions, as well as other extraordinary events on the population, economic objects and territory;
