Ship
1. "Ship" means:
a) a warship belonging to the armed forces of one of the Parties, bearing external markings distinguishing the nationality of the ship, under the command of an officer serving in the state service of the respective Party, whose surname is included in the appropriate list of military personnel or equivalent document, and manned by a crew subject to regular military discipline;
b) an auxiliary vessel belonging to the armed forces of one of the Parties and having the right to fly the flag of auxiliary vessels in cases where such a flag is provided by the respective Party.
