Port operations
1. For the purposes of this Recommendation, the term "port operations" covers all or any part of the work involved in loading or unloading any ship, as well as any work related to this; the definition of such work should be established by national legislation or practice. Consultations with organizations of employers and workers should be conducted during the development and revision of this definition, or they should otherwise participate in this.
