Self-employed worker
h) the term "worker not employed under a contract of employment" means a migrant worker who engages in remunerated activity other than work under a contract of employment and who secures his or her livelihood through such activity, usually working independently or together with members of his or her family, as well as any other migrant worker considered to be a worker not employed under a contract of employment in accordance with the applicable legislation of the state of employment under a contract of employment or bilateral or multilateral agreements.
