g) the term "targeted employment worker" means a migrant worker:
i) who is sent by his or her employer for a limited and specific period of time to the country of work on hire to perform specific functions or duties; or
ii) who performs work during a limited and specific period of time that requires professional, commercial, technical, or other special skills; or
iii) who at the request of his or her employer in the country of work on hire performs work during a limited and specific period of time that is temporary or short-term;
and who is required to depart
the employment status under a contract, or upon expiration of the authorized period of stay, or earlier if he or she no longer performs these specific functions or duties or is not engaged in this work;
