State Ecological Expertise
1. State environmental expertise is organized and conducted by a federal executive body in the field of environmental expertise in accordance with the procedure established by this Federal Law and the normative legal acts of the Russian Federation. State environmental expertise is conducted at the federal and regional levels. State environmental expertise is organized and conducted by specialized state authorities in the field of environmental expertise in accordance with the procedures established by this Federal Law and normative legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as normative legal acts of subjects of the Russian Federation. State environmental expertise is carried out at the federal level and at the level of subjects of the Russian Federation. State Environmental Expertise is organized and conducted by the federal executive authority in the field of environmental expertise and by state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation in accordance with the procedures established by this Federal Law, other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, laws, and other regulatory legal acts of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
